Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing to share the gift of force-free training! To ensure a smooth, happy experience for everyone inside the bubble, please read through our voucher guidelines below:

1. Validity & Expiry

• 12-Month Window: All gift vouchers are valid for exactly 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be clearly marked on the voucher.

• No Extensions: To help us manage our training schedules fairly, training sessions must be booked and taken before the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be extended beyond this date.

2. Booking & Availability

• Advance Booking: Training slots fill up quickly! We highly recommend that the recipient contacts Nic as soon as possible to book their sessions and secure their preferred dates.

• Service Area: Vouchers are valid for training services within our standard catchment area (Crawley, Maidenbower, and surrounding local areas). If the recipient lives outside this bubble, please contact us before purchasing to check if a travel surcharge applies.

3. Case Suitability

• Assessment First: We want the absolute best for every dog. If a voucher is redeemed for a dog experiencing complex behavioral issues (such as severe dog/human reactivity or aggression), Nic will assess the dog’s suitability during an initial consultation.

• Safety & Referrals: In the rare event that a case requires specialist behavioral intervention beyond our standard services, we reserve the right to refer the client to an appropriate specialist. In these instances, the voucher value can be redirected toward alternative suitable services (like safe sniffing walks or mental stimulation advice) but remains non-refundable.

4. Cancellations & Rearranging Sessions

• 48-Hour Notice: We understand that life happens! If the recipient needs to change or reschedule a booked voucher session, we require at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in that specific session being forfeited from the voucher balance.

5. Refunds & Exchange

• Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.

• Transferable: If the recipient’s dog is unable to undertake training, the voucher can be transferred to a different dog or owner, provided you notify Nic in writing before the expiry date.
